CHEF YUICHI ARAI

Born on August 19, 1982, Chef Arai is originally from Tokyo. He was trained at Ginza Kyubei and Sushi Sho (second-best), and later went on to open his own restaurant in Ginza in 2015.

His restaurant serves the very classic Edomae sushi with the theme that enhances his passion that, "You'll never get tired of sushi, even if you keep eating it for the rest of your life."

His restaurant is consistently ranked in the top 3 of Tabelog's ranking of 32,000 sushi restaurants in Japan (3rd place as of June 12, 2024). His passion and dedication has inspired many young chefs all over the world.
